To provide a variety of consultation services to help military and government personnel strategically plan for effectively addressing public concerns related to health, environmental hazards, deployment, homeland security, organizational conflicts, and similar issues that affect mission success throughout the Pacific AOR. Risk communication addresses the emotions associated with an issue, agendas and misperceptions so the mission can be completed successfully.
