Community Resource Guides

Community Resource Guides (CRGs) provide a comprehensive, coordinated community outreach resource that highlights installation, DoD, Army and community-based options for access to health care, awareness activities, and assistance support. These guides coordinate and leverage the strengths of installation and local community support programs and services for both Active and Reserve Component Service Members, Family Members, Civilians, and Retirees.

CRGs cover the continuum of care from prevention to education to treatment that is provided by clinicians and other installation-based care providers. Some of the information often includes where to find these health-related services locally:

Breastfeeding
Dental Care
Hypertension Checks

Nutrition Education
PTSD
Stress Management
