Hearing Technician Certification Course (formerly the DOEHRS-HC course)(Sponsor: USAPHC) This training is available to those who use the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System-Hearing Conservation (DOEHRS-HC) test software as part of their military or DoD civilian job requirements. Each 3½ day training course is for individuals who have never been certified to perform hearing tests (and other hearing readiness-related tasks) or for those technicians whose certification is about to expire (certification is good for 5 years). Courses are scheduled for 10-13 June 2014 at Aberdeen Proving Ground-North, MD; 16-19 June 2014 at Aberdeen Proving Ground-North, MD; 8-12 September 2014 at San Antonio, TX; 9-12 September 2014 at Aberdeen Proving Ground-North, MD; 15-18 September 2014 at Aberdeen Proving Ground-North, MD; 20-24 October 2014 at JB, San Antonio, TX; and 8-12 December 2014 at JB, San Antonio, TX. Hearing Technician Certification Course (Student Waiting List)Use this link when the Hearing Technician Certification course is filled or not scheduled. By registering your training requirement between scheduled sessions, the Army Hearing Program Office will know who needs training and will try to match your availability with another training location in your area.
Tri-Service Vision Conservation and Readiness Course (TSVCRC)(Sponsor: USAPHC) This course is designed to train personnel on the Vision Conservation and Readiness Program in a multi-disciplinary setting. The course is executed in two parts: an 8-hour on-line part to be completed at a work station within duty hours, followed by a 2.5-day resident class. If no course is scheduled, please use the TSVCRC Waiting List below to be notified of the next course or if spaces become available through cancellations. 29-31 July, 2014 at Fort Hood, Texas.
