At the U.S. Army Institute of Public Health, the technical elements of the command provide a full suite of public health services and mission capabilities.

Veterinary Command

The former US Army Veterinary Command has combined with the former US Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine to create the new U.S. Army Public Health Command.

Public Health Command Region-Europe

Public Health Command Region-Europe supports garrisons, training areas, and contingency and combat forces operating in USEUCOM and USCENTCOM AORs.

Public Health Command Region-Pacific

PHCR-Pacific provides health promotion and preventive medicine expertise and services in support of America’s Soldiers, Family Members, and Civilians located throughout the Pacific Theater.

Public Health Command Region-North

PHCR-North provides comprehensive public health and veterinary support to counter environmental, occupational, and disease threats to health and readiness of Army units and installation personnel in the north eastern region of United States

Public Health Command Region-South

PHCR-South provides public health leadership & evidence-based preventive medicine programs & veterinary services to optimize health of military units,installation personnel, & animals within 11 southeastern states, the Caribbean & Central America.

Public Health Command Region-West

PHCR-West provides public health support and veterninary services to military units and installations throughout the 20 states of the western region of the United States.
