Occupational Health Sciences Portfolio 

The Occupational Health Sciences Portfolio fosters the prevention of workplace exposure related injury, disease, and death by providing a wide range of occupational health and injury prevention services in support of Soldiers and the civilian workforce, Commanders, policy makers, and the Army Medical Department leadership.  This is accomplished though the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control of exposure to chemical, physical, and biological stressors.

Ergonomics Program

The USAIPH ergonomics program provides installation-level ergonomics services, training and consultation for the US Army.

This program provides nonionizing radiation protection services. This program was formed from the merger of the former Radio Frequency and Ultrasound Program and Laser Program.

Health Physics Program

The Health Physics Program provides professional and technical expertise to protect the Soldier, the environment and the general public.

Industrial Hygiene Field Services

The industrial hygiene field services program assists military leaders, facility managers, and occupational health and safety personnel in anticipation, recognition, evaluation and control of occupational and environmental health hazards.
