Public Health Command Region-Pacific 

Mission: PHCR-Pacific is a regionally aligned Army Medical Command organization that provides comprehensive public health and veterinary services to promote health and prevent disease and injury of Service members, beneficiaries, and stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific region.    

Vision: We believe we are a critical enabler that is regionally aligned to protect the health of the force through synchronized public health programs throughout the PACOM AOR.

The Toxicology Portfolio evaluates the toxicity of military-unique and military-relevant compounds. It performs basic and applied research using animal models, genetic and cellular toxicology, genomics and computer modeling.

Veterinary Services Portfolio

The Directorate of Veterinary Services (DVS) is responsible for policy development and oversight of command missions regarding animal medicine and food protection matters.
