The AQSP has provided classroom and field-exportable air quality training for over 10 years. Our training packages include air quality sampling for soldiers; military impact summaries of the Clean Air Act for policy and decision makers; in-depth curriculum on Title V Permits, Risk Management Plans and Medical Waste Incinerators for environmental staff; and shop level workers in the specifics of an air quality permit.

| Environmental and Indoor Air Quality | (Sponsor: USAPHC) This online class is to provide training to help employees recognize the occupational hazards and health effects of indoor air contaminants and controls to help maintain good indoor and environmental air quality. Instruction is provided on indoor and environmental health risks, focusing on identifying criteria for controls, and demonstrating application related technical guidelines, standards, and regulations. Site-specific training is available to help installations understand environmental program requirements, access resources to assist with program implementation, and fulfill key compliance requirements. Training may be directed toward management personnel, environmental staff, and/or shop-level workers. Instruction includes media-specific consultations in the areas of Air Quality, Asbestos Management, Contingency Planning (POL), Hazardous Waste Management, NEPA, Solid Waste Management, Waste Water, Water Quality, Storage Tank Management, Integrated Natural Resources, and Integrated Pest Management.
On-site Training Requests: The requesting facility/location assumes responsibility to arrange for the training site and to MIPR the cost of travel, per diem, and any other associated course costs to USAPHC. |
