The AQSP prepares Toxics Release Inventories (TRI). The TRI documents the toxic chemicals at a facility that are being used, manufactured, treated, transported, or released into the environment. There are two rules that require information on toxic chemicals - Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA) and section 6607 of the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA).
