What Constitutes Workplace Violence?

While workplace mass murder by a disgruntled employee attracts media attention, thankfully it is an infrequent event.  It is harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, domestic violence and other forms of negative behavior and physical violence that are the more common manifestations of workplace violence.  If not acted upon, these behaviors may possibly escalate into more serious violence.
