CSM Galati holds a Master’s Degree in Emergency Management with honors from TUI University; a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine; Registered Nurse, California; Licensed Vocational Nurse, Georgia. His military education includes PLDC (PT Award, Commandants Inspection Award), BNCOC (PT Award), ANCOC (PT Award), Resident Sergeants Major Course (Leadership Award, PT Award), Airborne Course, Air Assault Course, and Inspector General Course.
CSM Galati’s awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (4th OLC), Army Commendation Medal (3rd OLC), Army Achievement Medal (4th OLC), Basic Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, German Parachutist Badge and German Armed Forces Badge for Military Proficiency Gold. CSM Galati is also the recipient of the distinguished Order of Military Medical Merit.
