Topics covered include an overview of LSS, as well as all aspects of traditional Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology and tools. Successful graduates will be able to identify non-value-added activities and lead teams tackling more complex projects. The Black Belt curriculum accommodates students with no prior LSS experience.
