ServSafe Food Protection Manager 2-Day Workshop will provide participants the knowledge of and assessment tools for basic safe food handling procedures. This workshop is designed for personnel that are going to take a Servsafe food handler certificate exam for the first time or need a review of exam material to renew their expired certificate. The five sections are basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination and allergens, time & temperature, cleaning and sanitation.
THERE ARE NO PREREQUISTES REQUIRED FOR THIS SELECTION.
